Collection: Bob Davis – Photography
I started my journey with photography over 40 years ago now, so it's been a companion throughout my adult life . The majority of my work is created in and around where I live, which is the peat fens and vast skies of north Cambridgeshire, a landscape that I love and am originally from. However I love to travel far and wide when I can. I don’t have one style with my photography but employ varying styles but predominately landscape. Landscape reveals so much about the past, present and future, it's there in front of us to be read. For me photography should look for the soul, the atmosphere, the feeling - it should look to capture a unique moment in time and place - it should provoke us, move us, engage us - make us think, in my opinion it should aim to be visually poetic.
